Associate

Profile

Ololade is an Associate at Detail Dispute Lawyers. Her work supports arbitration proceedings, arbitration-related court applications and commercial litigation.

Before qualification, she worked as a Judicial Assistant in the Lagos State Judiciary, where she researched and prepared written opinions on land and family disputes for use in judicial decision-making. That experience informs how she approaches disputes in practice, particularly her attention to how facts, procedure and written submissions are assessed by courts.

Since joining practice, Ololade has been involved in live dispute matters, supporting case preparation, legal research, drafting and review of pleadings and submissions, and the management of procedural steps in both court and arbitration proceedings. She works closely with senior members of the team on matters that require careful handling of process and evidence.

Ololade is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has completed the Institute’s arbitral secretary training. She contributes careful research, clear drafting and disciplined preparation to the firm’s disputes practice.
